Cookies are small text files placed on your device by a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to site owners. Browser storage technologies such as session storage and local storage serve a similar purpose and are covered by this policy.
Cleo's website is designed to minimise the use of cookies and browser storage. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services. We do not track you across other websites.

Session storage | Remembers that you dismissed the announcement banner so it does not reappear during your browsing session. | Current session only — cleared when you close your browser tab. |
This is the only client-side storage mechanism used by the Cleo website. No HTTP cookies are set by our site.
Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). This means your browser makes requests to Google's servers to download font files. Google may log these requests in accordance with their own privacy policy. No cookies are set by Google Fonts in this context, but the request itself transmits your IP address to Google.
If you follow external links on our site (e.g. to Calendly or LinkedIn), those third-party sites have their own cookie and privacy policies which we do not control.
The Cleo application (as distinct from this marketing website) may use cookies and browser storage for authentication, session management, and user preferences. The specific technologies used are discussed with each client during onboarding and documented in their individual data processing agreement. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
You can control cookies and browser storage through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
Since our website relies only on session storage for the announcement banner, blocking or clearing it will simply cause the banner to reappear on your next visit. No functionality will be lost.
If we introduce new cookies or storage mechanisms, we will update this page accordingly. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
